NEUROTUR as an Informational Method for Neurointegrative Tourism: An Initial Study in the Triple Border on Sensory Accessibility, Well-being, Telescreening, and Data Governance

NEUROTUR is proposed as an informational method for mapping, classifying, auditing,
and recommending neurointegrative tourism experiences. The initial study focuses on the Triple
Border between Foz do Iguaçu, Ciudad del Este, and Puerto Iguazú, articulating sensory accessibility,
wellness, telescreening, and data governance. The method crosses orientative neuro-sensory data
from Braine with territorial data from tourist locations to support non-diagnostic and non-prescriptive
recommendations. By integrating Information Science, neurodiversity, neuroethics, accessibility, and
tourism governance, NEUROTUR aims to transform destinations into auditable, inclusive, and
human-centered ecosystems of well-being, autonomy, and sensory safety.
