NEUROVIA as a Neuroethical Informational Kernel for Neurodiversity: Interoception and Intelligent Care Governance

Neurodivergent care journeys are shaped by bodily, sensory, cognitive, affective, family,
educational, occupational, territorial, and digital signals that often emerge before formal clinical
documentation. This theoretical-propositional study presents NEUROVIA as a neuroethical
informational kernel for neurodiversity within the Braine ecosystem. Grounded in Information
Science, interoceptive neuroscience, psychometrics, complex networks, digital health, data
governance, and AI ethics, NEUROVIA is proposed as a cross-cutting layer for representing,
contextualizing, retrieving, and governing dispersed neurodivergent signals. The model does not
replace professional judgment; it structures guidance-oriented evidence to support human
decision-making, continuity of care, interoperability, privacy, and neuroinclusive adaptation across
diverse care settings safely.
