Description

This study discusses RMO-2N—Risk Management for Occupational Neurodiversity and
Neurodevelopment—as a neuroinclusive informational infrastructure for managing psychosocial
risks at work. Based on Brazilian labor legislation, NR-1, occupational mental health, data
governance, neuroethics, work engineering, and technology adoption, the model integrates GIFT-SD
as a baseline layer for functional profile and RMO-2N as a corporate matrix for
person–work–environment interaction. The proposal supports preventive monitoring, human
decision-making, privacy, and organizational learning, avoiding individual pathologization,
emotional surveillance, and discriminatory use of sensitive data while promoting safer, healthier,
more accessible, and psychosocially responsible workplaces.
